Cancellation Policy and Ticket Prices
Ticket Pricing Policy: - 300,000 VND/person/one-way - Ticket prices include VAT. Children's Pricing Policy: - 11 years and older: 100% ticket price. - From 2 to 11 years old: 70% of ticket price. - People with disabilities (blind, wheelchair users, arm or leg disabilities, etc.): 50% of ticket price. - Children under 2 years old sitting on an adult's lap travel free of charge. Policy on Changing Trips and Dates: - Multiple changes allowed. - Free same-day trip changes. - Changing tickets before departure within 3 hours: free of charge. - Changing tickets before departure after 3 hours: 30% of ticket price. - Tickets paid can be changed once for free. A second change incurs a 30% ticket price fee. - For changes of 4 tickets or more, customers must notify at least 24 hours before departure. - A fee of 30% applies during holidays and festive periods. Cancellation Policy: - 24 hours before departure: free cancellation. - From 24 hours to 2 hours before departure: 10% of ticket price. - Under 2 hours before departure: 30% of ticket price. - Refund method: The refunded amount, after subtracting cancellation and payment transaction fees (if any), will be returned to the customer via the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash at the counter…). Refund processing time is 3 – 7 business days, depending on the method of payment. Promotional Ticket Policy: - Tickets purchased during promotional or special offer programs (such as discounted tickets, holiday tickets, winning tickets, etc.) do not apply for cancellation and refund policies, regardless of the cancellation request time. However, customers can still transfer tickets to the nearest trip according to company regulations, if seats are available. Regulations for Ticket Agents: - Agents are required to apply the cancellation, refund, and ticket change policies as stated above to ensure customer rights and maintain MexBus service reputation. All cancellation and refund requests from customers must be reported to Saigon.PT for proper handling. - Agents are not allowed to arbitrarily change the cancellation, refund, or ticket change policies set by Saigon.PT. Agents are responsible for providing complete policy information to customers to avoid disputes or complaints. Other Regulations: - Force majeure: If the trip is canceled due to uncontrollable factors (natural disasters, floods, emergencies, etc.) leading to the trip not being able to depart, the company will fully refund the customer without any deduction.
