Cancellation Policy and Ticket Prices
Fare Policy:
- 300,000 VND/person/one way
- The ticket price includes VAT.
Child Pricing Policy:
- 11 years and older: 100% of ticket price.
- From 2 to 11 years old: 70% of ticket price.
- Disabled individuals (blind, wheelchair users, limb disabilities, etc.): 50% of ticket price.
- Children under 2 years sitting on an adult's lap travel for free.
Trip and Date Change Policy:
- Multiple changes are allowed.
- Free same-day trip changes.
- Free changes if made at least 3 hours before departure.
- 30% of ticket price is charged if changes are made less than 3 hours before departure.
- Paid tickets can be changed for free once. A 30% fee applies for the second change.
- For 4 or more ticket changes, customers must notify 24 hours in advance of the departure time.
- A 30% change fee applies during public holidays.
Ticket Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation 24 hours before departure.
- 10% charge if canceled between 24 hours and 2 hours before departure.
- 30% charge if canceled less than 2 hours before departure.
- Refund method: The refunded amount, after deducting cancellation and transaction fees if applicable, will be returned through the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash at the counter, etc.). Refund processing time is 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.
Promotional Ticket Policy:
- Tickets purchased during promotional or special offer periods (such as discounted tickets, holiday tickets, prize-winning tickets, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, regardless of the cancellation request time. However, customers can reschedule to the nearest available trip according to company regulations, subject to availability.
Regulations for Ticket Agents:
- Agents must apply the above cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies to ensure customer rights and the service reputation of MexBus. All customer requests for ticket cancellation or refunds must be reported to Saigon.PT for proper processing.
- Agents are not permitted to change the cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policies set by Saigon.PT unilaterally. Agents are responsible for providing full policy information to customers to avoid disputes or complaints.

Customers can submit ticket cancellation or exchange requests through the following channels:

- Ticket counters at bus stations: Customers must present their ticket and personal information for assistance.

Other Regulations:
- Force majeure: If the trip is canceled due to force majeure factors (natural disasters, floods, emergencies, etc.) preventing the trip from departing, the company will fully refund the customer without deducting any fees.
