CANCELLATION POLICY AND TICKET PRICES

Ticket Pricing Policy:

300,000 VND/person/way

Ticket price includes VAT.

Child Ticket Policy:

From 11 years old: 100% of the ticket price.

From 2 to 11 years old: 70% of the ticket price.

Disabled individuals (blind, wheelchair users, with hand or leg disabilities,…): 50% of the ticket price.

Children under 2 years old sitting on an adult's lap are free of charge.

Change of Trip, Date Policy:

Changes can be made multiple times.

Free trip change on the same day.

Change ticket 3 hours before departure: free of charge.

Change ticket less than 3 hours before departure: 30% of the ticket price.

A paid ticket can be changed for free once. A second change incurs a 30% ticket price fee.

For changes of 4 tickets or more, notify 24 hours before departure.

During holidays and festive seasons, a 30% fee applies for ticket changes.

Cancellation Policy:

24 hours before departure: free of charge.

From 24 hours - 2 hours before departure: 10% of the ticket price.

Less than 2 hours before departure: 30% of the ticket price.

Refund method: The refund amount after deducting the cancellation and transaction fees (if applicable) will be returned to the customer via the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash at the counter…). Refund processing time is 3-7 business days, depending on the payment method.

Promotional Ticket Policy:

Tickets purchased under promotional programs (such as discounted tickets, holiday tickets, prize tickets,…) are not eligible for cancellation or refund, regardless of the cancellation request time. However, customers can reschedule to the nearest available trip according to the company's policy, if seats are available.

Regulations for Ticket Agents:

Agents are required to apply the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies as stated above, to ensure customer rights and maintain the reputation of the MexBus service. All ticket cancellation and refund requests from customers must be reported to Saigon.PT for proper handling.

Agents are not allowed to alter cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policies specified by Saigon.PT. Agents are responsible for providing complete information about the policy to customers to avoid disputes or complaints.

Other Regulations:

Force Majeure: If a trip is canceled due to force majeure events (natural disasters, floods, emergencies,…) making departure impossible, the company will refund the full amount to the customer without any deductions.
