TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY AND PRICES
Ticket Pricing Policy:300,000 VND per person one way
The ticket price includes VAT.
Child Pricing Policy:
From age 11 and above: 100% of the ticket price.
From age 2 to 11: 70% of the ticket price.
Disabled persons (blind, wheelchair users, with hand or leg disabilities, etc.): 50% of the ticket price.
Children under age 2 on the lap of an adult travel free of charge.
Change of Trip or Date Policy:
Can be changed multiple times.
Free change of trip within the same day.
Change of ticket more than 3 hours before departure: free of charge.
Change of ticket less than 3 hours before departure: 30% of the ticket price.
A paid ticket can be changed for free once. A fee of 30% of the ticket price applies for a second change.
For changes involving 4 or more tickets, customers must notify 24 hours before the departure.
During holidays and Tet, a change fee of 30% applies.
Ticket Cancellation Policy:
24 hours before departure: free of charge.
From 24 hours to 2 hours before departure: 10% of the ticket price.
Less than 2 hours before departure: 30% of the ticket price.
Refund Method: The refunded amount, after deducting cancellation and any transaction fees, will be returned to customers via the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash at the counter). The refund period is 3 to 7 working days, depending on the payment method.
Promotional Ticket Policy:
Tickets purchased during promotional or special discount periods (such as discounted tickets, holiday tickets, winning tickets, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation or refund, regardless of the cancellation request timing. However, customers can reschedule the ticket to the nearest available trip according to the company's regulations, subject to availability.
Agency Ticket Regulations:
Agencies are required to apply the ticket cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies as stated above, to ensure customer rights and maintain the reputation of MexBus services. All customer requests for ticket cancellations or refunds must be notified to Saigon.PT for proper processing.
Agencies are not permitted to alter the cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policies as established by Saigon.PT. Agencies are responsible for providing customers with complete information about the policies to avoid disputes or complaints.

Additional Regulations:
Force majeure: If a trip is cancelled due to force majeure events (natural disasters, floods, emergencies, etc.) resulting in the trip not being able to proceed, the company will refund the full amount to the customer without any deduction.
