Ticket Price Policy: 300,000 VND per person per one-way trip Ticket price includes VAT. Child Fare Policy: From 11 years old and above: 100% of the ticket price. From 2 to 11 years old: 70% of the ticket price. People with disabilities (blind, wheelchair users, arm or leg disabilities, etc.): 50% of the ticket price. Children under 2 years sitting on an adult's lap: free of charge. Trip and Date Change Policy: Changes can be made multiple times. Free change of trip on the same day. Changing the ticket 3 hours before departure: free. Changing the ticket less than 3 hours before departure: 30% of the ticket price. A paid ticket can be changed for free once. A second change incurs a 30% ticket price fee. For changes of 4 tickets or more, customers must notify 24 hours prior to departure. During holidays and Tet, the change fee is 30%. Ticket Cancellation Policy: 24 hours before departure: free. From 24 to 2 hours before departure: 10% of the ticket price. Less than 2 hours before departure: 30% of the ticket price. Refund method: The amount refunded after deducting cancellation and transaction fees (if any) will be returned to the customer via the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash at the counter, etc.). Refund time is 3 – 7 business days, depending on the payment method. Promotional Ticket Policy: Tickets purchased during promotions or special offers (such as discounted tickets, holiday tickets, winning tickets, etc.) cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of the cancellation request time. However, customers can reschedule to the nearest available trip according to company policy if seats are available. Ticket Agent Regulations: Agents must apply the above ticket cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies to ensure customer rights and maintain the reputation of MexBus services. All cancellation and refund requests from customers must be processed by notifying Saigon.PT according to the appropriate procedure. Agents are not permitted to independently change Saigon.PT's established cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policies. Agents are responsible for providing complete policy information to customers to avoid disputes or complaints.
