CANCELLATION POLICY AND TICKET PRICES
Fare Policy:300,000 VND/person/one way
The fare includes VAT.
Child Fare Policy:
11 years and older: 100% of the fare.
From 2 to 11 years old: 70% of the fare.
People with disabilities (blind, wheelchair users, limb disabilities, etc.): 50% of the fare.
Children under 2 years old sitting on an adult's lap travel for free.
Change of Trip, Change of Date Policy:
Changes can be made multiple times.
Free trip change within the same day.
Ticket changes made 3 hours before departure: free of charge.
Ticket changes made less than 3 hours before departure: 30% of the fare.
Tickets that have been paid can be changed once for free. A second change will incur a fee of 30% of the fare.
If changing 4 or more tickets, customers must notify 24 hours ahead of the departure time.
During holidays and festivals, a 30% fee applies for changes.
Ticket Cancellation Policy:
24 hours before departure: free of charge.
From 24 to 2 hours before departure: 10% of the fare.
Less than 2 hours before departure: 30% of the fare.
Refund Method: The reimbursed amount, after deducting cancellation and transaction fees (if any), will be refunded to the customer's original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash at the counter). Refund processing time is 3-7 business days, depending on the payment method.
Promotional Ticket Policy:
Tickets purchased under promotional programs, special offers (such as discounted tickets, holiday tickets, winning tickets, etc.) do not apply to ticket cancellation and refund policies, regardless of the cancellation request time. However, customers can reschedule to the nearest available trip as per company regulations, if seats are available.
Rules for Ticket Agents:
Agents must apply the ticket cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies as stated above, to ensure customer rights and maintain the reputation of MexBus service. All customer cancellation and refund requests must be reported to Saigon.PT for proper processing.
Agents are not allowed to change cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policies specified by Saigon.PT. Agents are responsible for providing full policy information to customers to avoid disputes or complaints.

Additional Regulations:
In case of force majeure: If the trip is canceled due to force majeure factors (natural disasters, floods, emergencies, etc.) leading to the trip being unable to depart, the company will refund the full amount to the customer without any deduction.
