The terms of service for the application of Saigon Public Transport Company Limited (abbreviated as Saigon.PT) below form a legally binding agreement (contract) for the use of services between Saigon.PT and the customer. By using the App service, the customer agrees to the agreements outlined below and is bound by these agreements.

Before using, customers must read the contents of these Terms of Use carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please discontinue using the service.

Content Adjustment

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our online ticket booking service, users agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use this service.
2. Booking Process: Users are required to provide accurate information when booking tickets, including full name, phone number, email address, and any other necessary details. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies that affect the service usage.
3. Payment Policy: Payment for bus tickets must be made at the time of booking or before the bus departs. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, e-wallet, or credit card.
4. Ticket Exchange and Cancellation Policy: Users can change the date, time, or cancel their tickets before the departure time according to MexBus's cancellation policy. Cancellation or exchange of tickets may incur fees depending on the case.
5. User Rights and Responsibilities: Users are responsible for carefully checking trip information, contact information, and ticket conditions before booking. Users commit not to use the ticket booking service for illegal purposes, adversely affecting MexBus's service, or for other inappropriate behaviour.
6. Our Rights and Responsibilities: We are committed to protecting users' personal information and will not share it with third parties unless required by law. We are not responsible for delays, schedule changes, or any incidents caused by the transportation provider or due to weather, natural disasters, or traffic conditions.
7. Amendment of Terms: We reserve the right to amend the terms of service without prior notice. Continued use of the service by the user after changes have been made constitutes agreement to these changes.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising during the use of the service will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law at a competent authority.
