The terms of use for the application services of Saigon Public Transport Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Saigon.PT) outlined below constitute a legally binding service agreement between Saigon.PT and you, the customer. By using the App, customers agree to these terms and are bound by them.

1. Acceptance of terms: By using our ticket booking services on our website, users agree to adhere to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree, please do not continue using this service.
2. Booking process: Users need to provide accurate information when booking tickets, including full name, phone number, email address, and other necessary details. We are not responsible for any inaccurate information that affects the use of the service.
3. Payment policy: Payment for bus tickets must be completed at the time of booking or before the bus departs. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, electronic wallet, or credit card.
4. Ticket change and cancellation policy: Users may change the date, time, or cancel tickets before departure according to MexBus's cancellation policy. Fees may apply for cancellation or changes depending on the circumstances.
5. User rights and responsibilities: Users are responsible for carefully reviewing trip information, contact details, and ticket conditions before booking. Users pledge not to use the ticket booking service for illegal purposes, to negatively impact MexBus’s services, or for other inappropriate acts.
6. Our rights and responsibilities: We are committed to protecting users' personal information and will not share it with third parties unless required by law. We are not liable for delays, schedule changes, or unforeseen incidents caused by transport providers or due to weather, natural disasters, or traffic conditions.
7. Amendment of terms: We reserve the right to amend the terms of use without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of these changes.
8. Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising during the use of the service will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law by the competent authorities.
