The terms of service for the application provided by Saigon Public Transport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Saigon.PT) below form a legally binding service agreement between Saigon.PT and the customer. By using the app's services, customers agree to and are bound by the agreements below.

Content Adjustment

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the ticket booking services on our website, users agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use this service.
2. Ticket Booking Process: Users need to provide accurate information when booking tickets, including full name, phone number, email address, and other necessary information. We are not responsible for instances where incorrect information affects the service utilization process.
3. Payment Policy: Payment for bus tickets must be made immediately when booking or before the bus departs. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, electronic wallet, or credit card.
4. Ticket Exchange and Cancellation Policy: Users can change the date, time, or cancel tickets before the departure time according to the cancellation policy of MexBus. Cancellation or exchange of tickets may incur fees depending on each case.
5. User Rights and Responsibilities: Users are responsible for thoroughly checking trip information, contact details, and ticket conditions before booking. Users commit not to use the ticket booking service for illegal purposes, adversely affecting MexBus’s services, or other inappropriate actions.
6. Our Rights and Responsibilities: We are committed to protecting users' personal information and will not share it with third parties unless required by law. We are not responsible for delays, schedule changes, or unforeseen incidents caused by the transport provider, weather, natural disasters, or traffic conditions.
7. Terms Adjustment: We reserve the right to adjust the terms of use without prior notice. Continuing to use the service after changes implies agreement to these changes.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising during the use of the service will be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled according to Vietnamese law at the competent authority.
